10 Miles Friday
It’s the Second Day of New Month , Aug 2nd. Let’s start STRONG but more importantly Safety first .
Dont go out there doing Miles in 96 degrees if you didn’t hydrate well the previous day. This is the ONE TIME I suggest Planning your workouts, if it’s going to be outside in the heat. Myself I’m not an advocate of planning workouts because people overthink anything they plan to do . I just wake up wear shoes a dip 🏃🏿♂️💪🏾. But this weather is merciless so let’s PLAN FOR NOW until the angel of the Lord can talk to me to release final word to snap out of the Planning program .
