Summer is here, it’s 8th Of July. Even though I didn’t hydrate well before the run , I learnt the lesson the hard way in that Sun.
Before you do any significant jogs like 6 miles and up DRINK a lot of water the PREVIOUS DAY. or you will feel like a fish that has been swept from the ocean by waves and is trying to do little jumps back into the sea .
