⁣There are times where I get overwhelmed, anxious and feel exhausted emotionally. At the same time I'm having these thoughts and emotions, I am also trying to figure out how do I release these emotions so that I may move forward with a clear mind.

When I feel weak, sometimes the strongest thing I can do is cry. I'm sharing this because crying can sometimes be thought to be a weak emotion.

But, really there is so much strength involved in crying because I am being vulnerable in that moment and I'm allowing myself to release frustration, pain hurt, etc., so that I may get through those walls that I'm putting up with those emotions and figure out what those experiences are teaching me so that I may move forward.

There are many times when I hold in my emotions and I want to figure them out without crying, but I've learned crying is so beneficial and important in order to have the breakthrough.

In the midst of the breakdown, my tears have allowed me to tear down my internal wall so that I may breakthrough with a clear mind to move forward.
