[#26] Sometimes The Strongest Thing I Can Do When I Feel Weak, Is Cry | Golden Thoughts
There are times where I get overwhelmed, anxious and feel exhausted emotionally. At the same time I'm having these thoughts and emotions, I am also trying to figure out how do I release these emotions so that I may move forward with a clear mind.
•
When I feel weak, sometimes the strongest thing I can do is cry. I'm sharing this because crying can sometimes be thought to be a weak emotion.
•
But, really there is so much strength involved in crying because I am being vulnerable in that moment and I'm allowing myself to release frustration, pain hurt, etc., so that I may get through those walls that I'm putting up with those emotions and figure out what those experiences are teaching me so that I may move forward.
•
There are many times when I hold in my emotions and I want to figure them out without crying, but I've learned crying is so beneficial and important in order to have the breakthrough.
•
In the midst of the breakdown, my tears have allowed me to tear down my internal wall so that I may breakthrough with a clear mind to move forward.
