Joshua Spaulding of Spaulding Sole Savers, was minding his own business just filming the community and being active in spreading the message of maintaining good mental health. Josh, as he likes to be called, is a personal trainer that routinley works with the youth and the elder population and has been an active agent of change as he regularly performs community service through his Spaulding Sole Savers llc organization. He has inspired many through his motivational speaking.
