How to Create Uno Card
Uno is a popular card game that is played with a special deck of 108 cards. The deck consists of four suits (red, yellow, green, and blue), and each suit has 25 cards: 0-9 in numerical order, and then a Skip, Reverse, Draw Two, and Wild card for each suit. The object of the game is to get rid of all of your cards before any of your opponents do.
To start the game, each player is dealt seven cards and the remaining cards are placed face down in a draw pile. The top card of the draw pile is turned face up to begin a discard pile. Players take turns drawing a card from the draw pile or the top card of the discard pile, and then discarding a card. If a player cannot make a play, they must draw a card from the draw pile and add it to their hand.
The person to the left of the dealer goes first. They must play a card that matches the card on the top of the discard pile either by color or number. For example, if the top card of the discard pile is a red 7, a player can play any red card or any 7 (regardless of the color). If the player has no matching cards, they must draw a card from the draw pile and add it to their hand. If they are able to play this card, they may do so; otherwise, their turn ends and play passes to the next player.
Special cards have the following effects:
Skip: The next player in turn is "skipped" and loses their turn.
Reverse: The order of play is reversed. If play was going clockwise, it now goes counter-clockwise, and vice versa.
Draw Two: The next player in turn must draw two cards from the draw pile and lose their turn.
Wild: The player who played the card gets to choose the color for the next turn.
Wild Draw Four: The player who played the card gets to choose the color for the next turn, and the next player in turn must draw four cards from the draw pile and lose their turn.
The first player to get rid of all of their cards wins the round. Points are scored based on the cards that the other players have left in their hands. The game is over when one player reaches a predetermined number of points, usually 500 or 1000.
