Honestly I just workout to maintain and stay healthy ππ€
Having diabetes and high blood pressure run in my family and also doctors warning me at a young age about my own blood pressure readings made made me start it as a business so I always would stay active and accountable.
But I have always been an active athlete/person and honestly just enjoy pushing my body to limits to see how far I can to!!! πππ€ͺππ€·πΏββοΈπ₯΄πͺπΏπͺπΏππΏππΏβπΏπ€
So for me itβs easy to randomly get up and workout. But I understand for many that isnβt the case ππ₯Ί
U just have to find wat works for u π―π―ππΏππΏπ and then stay consistent wit it.
But do challenge yourself. Not for the image like social media and everyone is telling you.
But for your health. Hell even to help build your immune stystem and sweat out toxins in the body!!! πππππͺπΏπͺπΏππΏππΏ
But please do something before itβs too late. THE OLDER YOUR GET THE HARDER IT WILL BE TO GET STARTED, so STOP PROCRASTINATING!!!!
