If you're asking me how TBT helps you then you dont get it! TheBlackTube.com is similar to the NAACP in that our organization is for the Advancement of people of color. The cards are stacked against us. Our people owned 0% of the tech industry until TheBlackTube.com was created. As a result we are last to succeed in tech. Last to be given executive positions. Last to succeed on social media platforms.
A few tokens are handpicked to make you think contrary but the majority of our people struggle in the tech space.
You're told you're not smart enough when in fact you are smart and more than qualified to succeed in the tech space! You simply lack the opportunity and get shadow hidden and pulled back when you try to succeed. With The Black Tube in place you can and will succeed! No algorithms or systems will hold you back!
Many have selfishly looked at TBT through the lens of how can it benefit them directly. I look at TheBlackTube.com from the stand point of how it can help us as a people. Our core users upload videos to educate or uplift our people. Some entertain our people with music, comedy, pranks and other type of refreshing content.
