There is a city on Long Island called Massapequa
The people of color live in a section which was later renamed to Massapequa Park. The members of Massapequa Park do not have a separate police force. Do not have their own schools
Although there are thousands of black families living in Massapequa black students are pushed aways from attending their local highschool Massapequa High. The black population at Massapequa High is so low that you can literally count the black students which attend the school. Black students in Massapequa are zoned to Amityville Hs which is a Suffolk County school even though Massapequa is located in Nassau County.
Black families however are not pushed away from patronizing the businesses in the city of Massapequa area. This has allowed the town to benefit off of the money of the black families and has not rewarded those families with the convenience of closer proximity to school and a better education
