Day 14 of Clowntober / my Drawing With Diamndz was Icy.
I had the name Icy Smalls in mind for a character. (inspired off of master clown, Frosty Little) So he's shivering while he's covered in actual ice/snow, and his extra gaudy jewelry, also called "ice"...I'm not clever...I hope you can still read his expression, it looks like his brows got a little lost.
