1. We wanted to gather speakers that were ascending to $100 Million in revenue (documented) personally or in their businesses.

2. Create a platform where up and coming entrepreneurs will be able to get some stage time to share their vision with a room full of like minded individuals.

3. Expose every registered attendees business by placing their business cards in the swag bags.

4. Harness the power of Networking! If there is one area where entrepreneurs fail, it's learning how to network. You always have a dream, goal, great idea but you are always at home. Put yourself around those individuals that are heading in the same direction as you (stop thinking family and friends will save you, because they won't).

5. Having speakers that are not only winning in this season, but can share the blueprint of how. Showcasing detailed information into their success journey coupled with action steps to apply.

Some of you all out there may be like I was. I had the drive, hustle and work ethic but for some reason I was always falling short of the potential I knew existed in me. It was when I got out my comfort zone, learned how to network, invested in myself by paying to attend events and took action on the things I learned. My life changed forever!
