Joseph was in Egypt, but Egypt was not the source of his covenant identity. The Father was with him before position, authority, or recognition ever came.
You can serve where you are without becoming what surrounds you.

How do you remain grounded in covenant identity while working inside an environment that does not reflect the Father’s order?

Faithfulness does not always keep covenant people outside positions of authority. Sometimes stewardship places them directly inside administration, responsibility, and influence.
The question is whether you can possess authority without allowing authority to possess you.
