Is THE GAME The G.O.A.T Compton Rapper? What Stunted His Growth?
Here's what I think Stunted his Growth.
In 2005 The Game released his first album that is no question a classic in hip hop. His second album is also held as a classic to most and had The Game looking like he could be the next biggest thing in rap music. With a name like that it’s only right you ascend to the top of rap and hip hop which the rapper in the early 2000s did. He was down a long line of MCs before him that possessed the unique ability to cater to underground hip hop heads and radio listeners in favor of the more pop sound. Being from the west coast, you’d expect a certain slowed down more laid back gangster approach, but Taylor was different. His style was widely universal and his charisma as an entertainer fit right into his Hollywood neighbors. He had the right pedigree for the times, backed by the biggest producer, artist and label at the time in Dr Dre, 50 Cent and Aftermath. He definitely had the skill as a rapper, but for these 3 reasons, he didn't hit the targeted expectations. THE GAME! Is He Compton's G.O.A.T?
