Pyramid Push Ups (10 down)
Here is a quick chest and arm workout. It is a pyramid resistance training system style. There are many different training sysyem types. The traditional circuit, superset, single-set, pyramid, etc.. The good thing is u dont have to do any one particular resistance training style. You can always mix it up.
Here i did 10 down and back up with push up. This consist of starting with 10 push ups, then doing 9, then 8 and so forth until going all the way down to 1.
Now you can always stop here. But this wouldnt be #dezhane_fitness if i didnt push myself to go back up starting at 1, then 2, then 3 and so forth and so on until i get back up to 10 push ups for the finish 😁😉💪🏿💪🏿.
It is definitely an arm and chest pumper. You can do this from any number you want. adjust it to your fitness capabilities. Just get up and do something. Make a difference in your health TODAY!!!
