Some people want the spotlight. But God called us to be a light!
There's a difference.
📖 “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.” — Matthew 5:16 KJV
Your kindness should point to Him.
Your character should reflect Him.
Your good works should glorify Him.
💡 DON'T GET SO CAUGHT UP BEING SEEN THAT PEOPLE MISS THE GOD YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO REPRESENT!
The purpose of your light isn't to make people applaud you.
IT'S TO MAKE THEM GLORIFY HIM! 🙌🏾
