About

I’m Warren Garrett, and my life’s work has been dedicated to helping others rebuild theirs. At 45, I’ve spent more than two decades working in public service and recovery advocacy, combining my experience in emergency medical services with a passion for social change and second chances.

I founded God’s Chosen Ones, a non-profit organization that provided housing, counseling, and support for people in recovery. What started as a local outreach grew into a community lifeline — helping individuals from all walks of life find stability, dignity, and purpose after addiction.

Along the way, I authored several books on recovery and led a three-year research study focused on how transitional housing can reduce relapse rates and transform lives. The findings confirmed what I’d seen firsthand: when people are given structure, opportunity, and compassion, they can truly change their story.

Today, as a medical transportation specialist and a continuing voice in recovery and social commentary, I use every platform I have to advocate for understanding, accountability, and hope. My journey has taught me that real impact doesn’t come from perfection — it comes from showing up, staying honest, and doing the work that matters.
