Christopher who is a 6'5 Guard who was drafted in 2021 Round 1 Pick 24 is now on the Houston Rockets G league team vipers.Christopher who is a Lakewood Ca native hasn’t been having much playing time with the Houston Rockets so him going to the G league would be great development for him.
Unfortunately, there was never a right time to insert him into the Rocket's lineup consistently throughout the first 17 games of the season that has seen the Rockets compile a record of 1-16. Whenever Christopher got in the game he made sure to show out even if it was only for 3 minutes.
The 24th pick has played sparingly with the Rockets this season, averaging three points in 11 appearances. He has had the opportunity to showcase his game and has looked highly effective during his first two games with the Vipers.
Christopher had 17 points in the second half as the Vipers improved to 7-0. He also recorded six rebounds, two assists, two blocked shots and one steal in 34 minutes of work in his second game with the Vipers.
