Black man murdered by Ohio police with a knee to the neck!

53-year-old Frank Tyson allegedly struck a telephone pole and proceeded to leave the scene. stopped at a bar nearby frantic, police show up and immediately rush him to the ground and put their knee in his neck his final words was I can't breathe before he passed away.
