Dr. Derrick Coleman is the Superintendent of the River Rouge School District and has turned the district around for the better.

Dr. Derrick Coleman is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University and proud member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc. When he took over the school system they had a failing grade and the state of Michigan was threatening to take it over. He along with the teachers and other principals have turned the school district around.

This episode, we will discuss the resurrection of the school and his strategy to make it happen. Also the importance of making sure his staff is doing the work on themselves to become healed, so they can be better for the children.
