Christian Gilyard said he had to spin the block on us in the most positive way! Since our first sit down with him in July, this Marvel has made exceptional strides with his food & catering business. Officially opening up his own restaurant in Elizabeth City, NC, Christian enlightens us on the journey since July, from his collaboration with Lew in the Kitchen in Washington DC, to establishing and realizing the love he has for the Elizabeth City and his appreciation for how it is reciprocated back.
