Some people don’t need another “be strong” speech. They need permission to admit they’re tired. ❤️🩹
You can show up, smile, work, pray, take care of everybody else… and still be exhausted in places sleep can’t touch. But tired does not mean defeated, and it definitely does not mean forgotten.
