Is FREEWAY The G.O.A.T Philly Rapper? What Happened?
Freeway was a part of a historic label called Roc a Fella in the early 2000s. He began to shine because of his unique sound and flow that perfectly matched his Philadelphia environment and the times hip hop was in in the early 2000s. After he dropped his first album, which in my opinion is a classic, his Roc a fella label crumbled as Jay-Z and Dame Dash decided to go separate ways. On top of that, he also found himself in between issues with Beanie Sigel and State Property, which led to more waiting around and lack of support. He still made music after, but things weren't the same without the Def Jam and Roc a Fella umbrella. But... Is FREEWAY The G.O.A.T Philly Rapper? What Happened? Stunted Growth Music
