Ja Rule could rap, sing, write records for both male and female, and perform like not many of his generation. They then had, at the time of her introduction into her prime, the hottest female act for all things not her vocal range. Ashanti was the girl all men wanted and women admired. You also had Charlie Baltimore, Christina Millian, also going platinum, Lloyd, and Vita.
