Exercises:
1) Plank (20-60 sec)
2) BirdDog (20-60 sec)
3) Climbers (20-40 reps)
4) Floor Bridge (20-60 sec)
5) Floor Bridge Raises w/Stabilization
6) Knee to Elbow Crunches (12-20 reps each side)
7) Flutter Kicks (20-60 secs)
8) Toe Reaches (20-40) reps
Tips:
-Keep belly button sucked in towards the spine (draw-in manuever)
-Squeeze them glutes 🍑👍😉
